Oh my goodness. At this point I think this would just make me sad. I love the northwest but I’ll remember to stay away in the spring.

Wren: OMG! You just can’t catch a break this year. Good thing you were able to bring in some more wood! Hot tea, cozy fire, and a good book! Almost wish I were snowed in with you. (We’re having thunderstorms in Dallas. Rain, lightening, high winds, hail, achy joints. More tomorrow.)

… and people think that Minnesota is cold. We have had gorgeous weather — the lilacs are already in bloom! Wren, we could use some of your precipitation, though. Hope your joints are not too achy in the cold.
